Lifelong interested in sport and wellness, Conny is a high energy gymnast, with 5 years’ experience in the fitness field.
Conny is also a strong believer in motivation, communication, right tools and proper guidance in order to get desired results and improve individuals’ quality of life.
Graduated with honour in the international Msc “European Health and Physical Activity,” she is also the winner of 4 scholarships for merit and 1 scholarship in collaboration with the University of Rome “Foro Italico”, specialised in functional assessment, exercise prescription, nutritional control, and rehabilitation programs.
