Our desire to live and work in an ethical and sustainable manner has developed since 2016: from the materials selected, the production processes, to our daily life, our everyday business decisions. There are still areas of our business that need to be improved, but we are trying our best to minimise our impact on the earth.
We partner with Carbon Neutral‘s PLANT-A-TREE program in an effort to help capture carbon, reduce salinity and restore local native flora & fauna.
The Project – Yarra Yarra Biodiversity Corridor
In Western Australia, about 90% of the northern Wheatbelt was cleared for agriculture from the early 1900s. This removed so much native habitat that many plant and animal species went extinct locally or regionally. Others, however, hung on in woodland and shrubland remnants usually on rocky ridges and commercially less productive upper valley slopes.
We are supporting Carbon Neutral’s mission to regenerate this delicate region, one tree at a time.
RESCUE. COOK. FEED

FareShare’s origins began in Melbourne in 2000 when a pastry chef was inspired to take action on food waste and hunger. For more than 20 years, FareShare has been rescuing quality food and cooking it into nutritious meals for people doing it tough.
FareShare’s healthy and delicious meals are given away free to front line charities such as soup vans, homeless shelters, women’s refuges and community food banks.
Beinks is pleased to contribute a small support to FareShare’s projects.
