Gerald started his fitness journey in 2005 and has not looked back since. Seeking answers on how we can heal ourselves with the energies in our bodies, he embarked on the journey of Yoga practice. After his first yoga qualification in 2015, Gerald has since continued to deepen his knowledge on health with numerous types of qualifications including bodybalance, Yin, Flow, Hatha yoga, to name a few. Gerald loves to work closely with his students and constantly seek to better enhance the path towards wellness and recovery.

My Teacher Paul Grilley and Sarah Powers, both Yin Yoga founders. Sadguru has provided me with a lot of universal answers.

And Joshua Becker of Becoming Minimalist, The Hope Effect, has taught me to live more with less.

Tell us something interesting about you and what you are proud of

I  was proud to represent Republic of Singapore Navy on world stage for idea innovation ship safety. I used to perform with a national Acapella Group and had sung alongside with famous mandarin pop celebrities in the region.

What is your experience with Beinks that inspires you to represent us?

❞I have been using b’EARTH and b’AIR to practice and to teach in my weekly yoga sessions. I must say it is the genuine raw rubber material and the representation of the down-to-earth yoga teachers in the Beinks community that have empowered me to wish to become one of them. I would love to spread the message on Beinks young and positive spirit as well as its quality yoga mats in my classes. ❞
